Fee & Associates Auctioneers have confirmed they have sold by Public Auction ,Lands at Clonmore, Togher & Windmill, Dunleer, Co. Louth on Monday 22nd June 2009.
Results as Follows:
- Lot 1: Clonmore c.8.907 ha (c.22.01 acres), laid out in one sizeable division with extensive road frontage and currently set in wheat. (Sold €305,000)
- Lot 2: Clonmore c.6.6804 ha (c.16.508 acres), laid out in one sizeable division with extensive road frontage and set in wheat. (Sold €240,000)
- Lot 4: Windmill c.8.04 ha (c.19.87), laid out in one sizeable division with extensive road frontage and currently set in wheat. (Sold €305,000)
Selling to a packed auction room Auctioneer Raymond Fee stated that by virtue of the lands acreage and Quality makes them suitable for any Farming enterprise.
